Barnali Choudhury is a Senior Lecturer at University College London, Faculty of Laws. She is the author of numerous publications including Public Services and International Trade Liberalization: Human Rights and Gender Implications (Cambridge University Press, 2012), Understanding the Modern Company: Corporate Governance and Theory (Cambridge University Press, 2017) and the forthcoming Corporate Duties to the Public (Cambridge University Press, 2018).
Dr Choudhury’s work has been cited by the House of Commons and the House of Lords EU Select Committee and she was recently awarded a Leverhulme Research Fellowship. In Fall 2017, she visited at NYU Law School. Previously, she has been a visitor at Cambridge University and at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and Private Law.
