Jeroen Veldman is Senior Research Fellow at Cass Business School, City University, London and the editor of the Journal of Business Ethics, section Corporate Governance. He has held appointments at Cardiff Business School, Utrecht University and UPMF, Grenoble. His research addresses the historical development of the conceptual status of the public limited liability corporate form in and between organization studies, management, company law, economics, accounting and politics. He runs an ongoing research project on corporate governance and has published in Cambridge Journal of Economics, Human Relations, British Journal of Management, and Critical Perspectives on Accounting.
